We pride ourselves on a professional, white-glove setup. To ensure the safety and aesthetic integrity of your installation, we require a level 25' x 25' area free of overhead obstructions. As this elegant structure reaches a height of 17 feet, please ensure the site is clear of low-hanging tree branches or power lines.

Our streamlined anchoring process utilizes discreet weights for stability; therefore, access to a standard water source is required on-site. This service is focused on our local community, as we specialize in installations within a 15 to 20-mile radius of our location.
