The Step-by-Step Guide

1. Browse Our Catalog & Reserve Online Start by exploring our extensive catalog of premium rental items. Because our system reflects live availability, you can select your items and complete your reservation directly through our website. This initial step allows you to curate your desired setup and helps us understand your specific needs.

2. Requesting a Quote If you require a formal estimate for budget approval or complex event needs before committing to a reservation, please contact us prior to placing your order online. We are happy to provide a detailed, comprehensive price breakdown to help you plan your order.

3. Delivery & Setup Assessment Our website allows you to conveniently calculate delivery fees for standard curbside service during the checkout process. For any delivery requirements beyond curbside service, please contact us directly so we can provide a tailored assessment. Our logistics planning ensures a transparent price and accounts for factors such as:

  • Standard curbside delivery distance and logistics.
  • Professional setup needs for tents, canopies, tables, and chairs.
  • Specific placement or specialized breakdown requirements.
  • Holiday or after-hours delivery and setup schedules.

4. Contract, Liability Waiver, and Deposit To officially secure your reservation, you will review and sign our professional rental contract and liability waiver. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Because your reservation keeps this item from being booked by others, Reservations canceled lose the 25% deposit. Reservations canceled or reduced 14 days prior to event are subject to additional cancelation fee. Once we receive your signed documents and deposit, your event is officially booked, and the equipment is held exclusively for you.

5. Final Payment The remaining balance of your contract is due 7 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date unless otherwise stated. This ensures a smooth and timely transition from our warehouse to your event, allowing our team to focus entirely on the perfection of your setup.

Early Planning is Key To ensure the availability of your desired rentals—especially during peak seasons—we strongly recommend booking your items well in advance. Since our online system allows for instant booking, finalizing your reservation early prevents another client from reserving your preferred inventory.
