To ensure your planning is effortless, we offer professional delivery and pickup services tailored to the unique rhythm of your event. From our signature 8' rectangle tables to our elegant bistro sets, we handle the heavy lifting, so you don't have to.

Our Delivery Standards

We are proud to offer complimentary standard curbside delivery and pickup within a 7-mile radius for all orders of $150 or more. This premium benefit ensures your essentials arrive safely at your driveway or curb without added cost. For more intimate gatherings with an order total below $150, we provide the same reliable service for a modest minimum fee of $25 total.

For events located beyond our local 7-mile radius, we offer transparent, mileage-based transport. Typically, this is calculated at $3.00 per mile. For example, a location 17 miles away would incur a $30 delivery fee and a $30 pickup fee for the additional distance.

Customizing Your Service

While our standard deliveries take place during regular business hours, we understand that every event has its own timeline. Please note that our standard rates apply to these typical windows; deliveries or pickups requested after hours or on holidays may result in increased pricing to accommodate the specialized scheduling.

To provide you with the most accurate and fair quote, we also consider the unique details of your venue. Factors such as stairs, elevator access, or long distances from our vehicle to the drop-off point help us determine the final logistics plan. Whether you require a specific delivery window or full setup of your tables and chairs, we are happy to customize our services to meet your needs.

Client Order Pickups

We warmly welcome clients who prefer to pick up their own rentals from our warehouse. To ensure your items remain in pristine condition, we require that all equipment is fully protected from the elements and properly secured. Because 70% of rental damage occurs during transit, we offer moving blankets, rope, and tarps for rent if you do not have your own. Please remember that Idaho law requires every load to be securely fastened before hitting the road.
