Curbside Delivery

Our standard curbside delivery service brings your rentals directly to your designated address. Please note that this service delivers items to the curb or driveway.

  • Mileage-Based Fee:
    • Our delivery fees are typically calculated based on mileage, ranging from $2.00 to $3.00 per mile. Example 10 miles OVER FREE 7 MILE DELIVERY RAIDIUS = approx. $30.00 delivery and $30.00 pickup delivery fee. 
    • However, the final cost can vary depending on several factors to ensure accurate pricing.

Factors Affecting Delivery Costs

To provide you with the most accurate delivery quote, we consider the following:

  • Mileage: The distance between our warehouse and your event location.
  • Location Accessibility:
    • Stairs or elevators required for delivery.
    • Parking availability and distance from the vehicle to the drop-off point.
    • Difficult or remote locations.
  • Order Size: The volume and weight of your rental items.
  • Specific Requirements:
    • Holiday deliveries.
    • Day-of delivery requests.
    • Set up of tables, chairs, or other rental items.
  • Customer Needs: Each customers event and location are unique, so we take that into consideration.
