By handling the logistics ourselves, we guarantee that every piece of inventory—from our classic 8' rectangle tables to our elegant bistro sets—arrives in pristine condition and is handled with professional care.

Our Delivery Standards

To maintain the highest level of service and equipment integrity, we provide professional delivery for all orders. Our pricing is designed for complete transparency, allowing you to plan your budget with total confidence.

When you reach the checkout page, simply select the delivery option. Our system will instantly calculate your specific transport costs based on your location. This ensures you have the full price before finalizing your reservation.

• Mileage-Based Transport: Delivery is calculated at a flat rate of $1.50 per mile, with a $20.00 minimum fee for all orders.
• Comprehensive Value: This rate is carefully structured to cover both fuel and professional labor; our pricing is still short of our cost to provide this service, but ensuring your rentals are transported safely and efficiently is a top priority.

Customizing Your Service

While standard deliveries take place during regular business hours, we understand that every event has its own unique rhythm. Our standard rates apply to typical delivery windows; however, we are happy to accommodate specialized scheduling to fit your timeline.

• Premium Scheduling: Deliveries requested after hours, on holidays, or within a specific 15-minute arrival window will incur a minimum additional fee of $25.00-$75.00
• Venue Logistics: To provide the most accurate service, we consider the unique details of your venue. Elements such as stairs, elevator access, or significant distances from the unloading area to the drop-off point allow us to refine your logistics plan. Whether you require a specific arrival time or a full professional setup of your tables and chairs, we are here to tailor our services to your exact needs.

Policy Update: Rental Pickups

Please be advised that customer pickup service has been discontinued to allow our team to focus entirely on providing a premium delivery experience.

• Existing Reservations: If you have an existing order already scheduled for pickup, your original arrangements will be honored and remain unaffected.
• Inquiries: If you have specific questions regarding an existing pickup or unique logistical requirements, please contact us directly.
