To ensure your planning is effortless and your experience is completely flawless, we operate as an exclusive delivery-only service. We do make exceptions for small order pick-ups but by managing the logistics from start to finish, we guarantee that every piece of premium inventory arrives in pristine condition and is handled with professional care.
Transparent Transport Pricing
To maintain the highest level of equipment integrity, our team handles the transport for all orders. Our pricing is designed for complete transparency, allowing you to plan your event budget with total confidence.
When you reach the checkout page, our system will instantly calculate your specific transport costs based on your location and delivery preferences, ensuring you see the final price before finalizing your reservation.
- The Base Rate: All delivery services feature a base rate of $20.00 to cover the first 7 miles from our location.
- Distance-Based Adjustments: Beyond the initial 7 miles, our baseline mileage rate begins at $2.00 per mile. Because fuel costs, labor expenses, and time spent in traffic increase significantly with distance, this rate gradually scales up the further we travel from our home base. Even with these distance adjustments, our delivery rates remain an absolute bargain for premium, professional transport—structured to keep your event affordable while fairly covering the dedicated crew on the road.
Customizing Your Delivery Style
While standard transport covers a quick and convenient drop-off, we understand that every venue and budget is different. We have designed our new checkout options to offer flexible, affordable solutions for price-conscious clients, while providing full-service muscle for those who need an extra hand.
Standard Curbside Delivery
Our standard delivery option means our driver will place your equipment at a designated, easily accessible spot—such as a driveway, front yard, or a customer-requested location—within 50 feet of our delivery truck.
Important Equipment Note: We kindly ask that you disclose your exact drop-off expectations before our arrival. Moving large loads of commercial tables and heavy chairs requires specialized rolling equipment. If our driver expects a standard curbside drop-off, they may not have the necessary tools on the truck for the terrain.
Backyard & Distanced Delivery (Within 100 Feet)
If your setup requires our team to transport equipment into a backyard, through side gates, or to a specific spot up to 100 feet away from the delivery truck, please select the Backyard Delivery tier at checkout. Taking heavy loads to a backyard takes additional time, Tools, and impacts our daily delivery schedule, and increases labor costs. We have intentionally added this option at a highly affordable rate so you can get the extra labor you need without breaking the bank, and it helps with communication between our delivery drivers and customers, also helping us match expectations and abilities with available services.
Custom Logistics (Over 100 Feet)
If your delivery point requires walking equipment beyond 100 feet from where our truck can park, this must be disclosed when placing your order. Distances over 100 feet require unique scheduling, extra crew members, or specialized terrain tools, and we will work with you directly to calculate the specific labor involved.
Holiday & After-Hours Scheduling
For events requiring late-night collection or deliveries outside of normal business hours and major holidays, specialized scheduling can be selected at checkout to secure your exact required window.
Policy Update: Rental Pickups
Please be advised that customer pickup service has been discontinued temorarily to allow our team to focus entirely on providing a premium, reliable delivery experience directly to your venue.
- Existing Reservations: If you have an existing order already scheduled for warehouse pickup, your original arrangements will be honored exactly as booked.
