Curbside Delivery

Our standard curbside delivery service brings your rentals directly to your designated address. Please note that this service delivers items to the curb or driveway.

Mileage-Based Fee: Our delivery fees are typically calculated based on mileage at $3.00 per mile. For example, if your location is 17 miles each way, that's 10 miles OVER our FREE 7-mile delivery radius, resulting in an approximate $30.00 delivery fee and a $30.00 pickup fee.

However, the final cost can vary depending on several factors to ensure accurate pricing, including after-hour delivery and pickup.

Factors Affecting Delivery Costs

To provide you with the most accurate delivery quote, we consider the following:

• Mileage: The distance between our warehouse and your event location.
• Location Accessibility: Stairs or elevators required for delivery.
• Parking availability and distance: The distance from the vehicle to the drop-off point.
• Difficult or remote locations.
• Order Size: The volume and weight of your rental items.
• Specific Requirements: Holiday deliveries, day-of delivery requests, and setup of tables, chairs, or other rental items.
• Customer Needs: Each customer's event and location are unique, so we take that into consideration.
